Trade associations

We have a proven record of presenting the concerns of trade associations and their members to Ministers, Shadow Ministers, Select Committees, MPs, Peers and civil servants.

Trade associations have a dual role, with a duty to the public as well as their members. In some cases the rogue operator can be a significant threat to an industry’s reputation. For others, high insurance premiums and unwarranted ‘red tape’ force their members into liquidation.

Building parliamentary and political support for such organisations can be complex and demanding. It requires an appreciation of the needs of an often wide-ranging membership in conjunction with the over-arching goals of that industry’s representative body.
