Much of our success is based on the attention we pay to tailoring our campaigns to individual clients and the political and legislative agenda, combined with our political knowledge and our expertise in parliamentary procedure.
We approach MPs and Peers selectively, paying particular attention to relevant front-benchers, and are focused and non-confrontational in our methods. We know how to communicate the client’s case in a language and style most likely to gain the full attention of the intended audience.
Based in Westminster, Ranelagh International was established
in 2005 by its Chairman, Jonathan Sayeed, a Member of Parliament for over 17
years.
We have wide experience of working in both Parliament and the public and private
sectors. Having observed public affairs campaigns from both ends, we have
practical experience of how ministers and parliamentarians are likely to react
to a public affairs campaign.
Our clients are varied, from small charities to large trade associations, from
charitable and corporate coalitions, and UK-based companies. Our work includes
building solid and informed relationships with key civil servants and
policy-makers, writing responses to government consultations, working with
Select Committees and running successful and active All-Party Parliamentary
Groups.
